Chapter History
Chapter 204 was started in 2001 after finding there were no STAR Chapters in the Poconos. A start up package was sent, an Area Coordinator stepped up, flyers were put around Stroudsburg & East Stroudsburg Pa.
The first meet & greet was held in Comptons Pancake House in Stroudsburg Pa. It was not a meeting since we were not a "Chapter" yet. The Charter was signed in Dec '01 and we began with 14 members.
We were the 1st Star Touring Chapter in Eastern PA
